| What is PhazeDDL? PhazeDDL is currently the #1 direct download website in the world. Everyday we provide our visitors with thousands of full version software, games, movies, and more. | Is this free? Yes, it is all 100% free. We promise to never charge you for anything you download off our website. If in the future we decide to sell anything, the main downloads will always remain free for anyone to download and use. We do ask however to help support us by clicking our sponsor links. | How is this legal? It is legal in selected countries, we are based in Hong Kong, where this is not illegal. If you do not know if its legal or not where you live, then it's probably not! And even if it is, you cannot be caught like other services such as P2P and torrents! In some countries, you need to own the original program/file legally, before you can download it from our site. | How do I download anything? This site works by indexing links from other websites. So, after clicking on a download, a new window will open. The top frame will provide options to help you with your download. The larger main frame will be where you will find the actual download information. If the download is from a file hosting service such as Rapidshare or Megaupload, you need to download each file by loading it in a new window and waiting for the download link to appear. | What do I do after I
download? After downloading, you need to scan all files with an antivirus, we suggest NOD32 or Kaspersky. Almost all files are compressed into .rar or .zip archives. | What do I do if the files are password protected? The password is most likely the URL from where the warez file was downloaded (possibly even with 'www.' or 'http://'). If that is not the case try the URL of the website (of the respective warez file). If that still isn't the password try to contact the poster or site administrator of the respective site. | Does your website have spyware or viruses? No way! Our website does not contain any spyware / viruses or any other malicious code that can cause harm to your computer. However, because we index links to other websites, we can not guarantee that every link will be a safe one. | Why are there broken links? Some files get deleted due to copyright complaints. If there is a popular download, there is usually more chance of the files(s) being deleted. If you find broken links to downloads, you can report the download as being broken by using the "Report Broken Link" function which is located at the top of every download page. downloads? Yes, every site that meets our requirements is allowed to submit. Please check out our webmasters section. Before you can submit, you must first send us three urls of some submits you made already. After that, we will either reply to you within 1-5 days, if you are accepted. | Why won't you whitelist
us? If you requested to be on the whitelist and we still didn't reply after 1 week, 95% of the time we aren't going to. This could be from several reasons such as too many popups, too much adult content, or any broken rule from our submit page. | What is your daily traffic? Our daily traffic is soaring and has been steadily increasing every so often. We do not give out exact details about our traffic, unless requested by email.
